Every day gets drifted away
Into the current, today again

目指して進むけれど
昨日も今日も明日も
まだまだ流されてゆく
Though we aim towards the horizon
and proceed no matter what
Yesterday, today and tomorrow as well
We have a ways to go, we get drifted away
人波さけてたいつからか
人と距離をあけ進んでいくよ
仕方がないのさ
Since when had I been avoiding crowds?
I’ll keep my distance from people and go on
It can’t be helped
前よりも閉鎖的
仕方ない ひとりきり
良い波が来るのを
ひたすら板の上で
Even more unsociable than before
Can’t be helped if I’m on my own
Waiting single-mindedly for a good tide
on top of this plank
待っている 来ないかも
来るのかも わからない
そうか今わかった
自分との戦いだね
